Hotel Crystal Interlaken

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station and nearby restaurants. Staff provided friendly service and offered helpful local tips. The breakfast lacked variety over multiple days, and the lack of air conditioning were good. It's a good choice for short trips, but consider the comfort aspects.

i had a great stay with easy access to lovely parks and major attractions like hohematte park and the tourist museum of the jungfrau region, perfect for enjoying some leisurely walks and sightseeing while soaking up the beauty of interlaken.

The staff was cooperative, efficient with every request. The superior twin room was new-fashioned, it had climate control, a terrace, and a safe.

Very convenient location, right at Interlaken West railway, yet no ill-effects from noise or traffic. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Basic, but clean and comfortable.

It was a lovely small hotel in a very quiet area, close enough to all attractions '' Interlaken West Train Station and the train station Interlaken West and Zurich. Booked a room with terrace.

Loved the spacious room with a balcony and easy access to outdoor activities. Definitely a solid choice for exploring the Alps!

Location is good 2-3mins walk from Interlaken west. Lobby staff was very good and helpful. Rooms good, new

No ac, so the rooms were hot, have to open the windows, breakfast normal/okish/very ordainary, room amenities very ordainary, no wifi in rooms only in lobby,

Proximity to the city centre/Interlaken west Bahnof. The lady at the reception was very helpful.

The reception was unattended after 10.30pm and no phone connection could be established with the hotel reception or with the room. My family tried to contact me at night (time difference of 9hrs) but could not get through. This was after I requested the person at the reception that I was expecting a call around 11pm. They would be better off to have the a direct line to the room if they cannot stay awake. In case of an emergency at night - there is no way to seek help as the reception no. is not answered.

The staff was helpful when I struggled with my luggage, they assisted bringing it to my room which was really nice of them. Breakfast was good, with quick service for the hot drinks, though it could have had a bit more variety.

Rooms were a bit pricey for the size, not exactly cheap but acceptable.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, minutes away from Mystery Rooms. It was minutes away from a train station. The room was airy and neat, offered an air conditioner, a balcony and a terrace. The breakfast food was SPICY, different choices to eat like croissants, yoghourt and boiled eggs.

The Bed was itchy & the room was stuffy. No ac - had to open the windows for air circulation, but couldn't sleep due to road noise & train noise.
